SHIPPING: Jewelry from the "24h" tab is shipped within 24 hours from the moment of placing and paying for the order, gold jewelry 585 up to 10 business days, and the remaining categories of jewelry usually within 2-4 business days. We send all orders within Poland by courier or to the InPost parcel locker for free. We deliver international orders by Poczta Polska for PLN 30 or by DPD courier for PLN 99 - in this case only to Great Britain, Sweden and European Union countries, excluding Malta and Cyprus.
PERSONAL COLLECTION: You can pick up your order in person at our office at ul. Mokotowska 50/10. The current office opening hours can be found in the "contact" tab and in the e-mail that you will receive from us when your order is ready. Before the visit, please send a message with the date chosen by you: ukieta@umiar.pl.
RETURNS: You can return or exchange items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The condition is that the product is delivered with the return form and proof of purchase. The product must not bear any signs of use and must be in its original packaging. Please send parcels to the InPost WAW10M parcel locker at Mokotowska 48 in Warsaw or by courier to the address provided in the form. We also accept returns and exchanges at our office at ul. Mokotowska 50/10. We will make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Instructions for sending the parcel can be found on the InPost website . Products prepared on an individual order, e.g. non-standard patterns, products with engravings, extended chains from the WIĘZI collection (COMO, RICA, TELA) are not subject to returns.
COMPLAINTS: If you want to make a complaint, fill in this form and deliver it to us along with the advertising jewelry. You can bring the jewelry with the form in person to our office at Mokotowska 50/10, send it to the WAW10M parcel locker or by courier to the following address: Malwina Wysińska, Plac Przymierza 4/6, 03-944 Warsaw. We will consider the complaint within 14 days.
